Staff Salary Policy
Any employee found under suspicion of engaging in direct duty arrangements, private dealings, or unauthorized service transactions with clients without company approval may have their salary temporarily withheld for up to 105 days for internal verification and investigation purposes. If the employee is found guilty of violating company policies, the company reserves the right to permanently withhold pending salary, incentives, or other dues as per company rules and applicable terms of employment
