At ZenixCare Solutions Private Limited, we value transparency and fairness in our services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any package.
Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in advance.
- A minimum of 7 days package is compulsory.
Refund Policy
Refund is applicable based on the applied slab rate. In case of a refund, the amount will be deducted as per the slab rate of the package already consumed.

| Slab – 3 | ₹1000 | 30% | Consumed package charged at Slab 3 offer |
| Slab – 4 | ₹1000 | 40% | Consumed package charged at Slab 4 offer |
Cancellation Policy
Both Customers and the Company can cancel a package with a 24 hours prior intimation by contacting our customer support branch or by sending an email to info@zenixcaresolutions.com. Refunds will be processed as per the applicable slab rates.
